BayMark Health Services is looking for highly organized, professional and enthusiastic receptionist to handle a multitude of administrative functions in the treatment center. An ideal candidate is able to multitask and ensure the coordination of office activities, partner with clinic staff and maintain the paper flow of clerical functions in the office.

They offer comprehensive addiction treatment programs deliver medically-supervised services for adults in a variety of modalities and settings. We partner with individuals to assess and match them with the treatment that best meets their needs. While our programs focus primarily on the treatment of opioid use disorder, they also offers detoxification from a variety of addictive substances, including alcohol; and offers mental health services in select locations.

- 1+ Years of Receptionist Experience - Required
- Excellent customer service skills and professional public presentation skills, including telephone etiquette.
- Ability to maintain routine records and communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
- Flexible and cooperative in fulfilling all obligations.
- MUST BE ABLE TO START ASAP
