FRONT DESK CLERK - Ranch House

We are seeking a friendly and reliable Front Desk Clerk to join our team at our hotel. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk, ensuring that guest receive a warm welcome and a comfortable stay.As a Front Desk Clerk ,you will be responsiblefor the following duties,

Checking guest in and out of the hotel.

Managing and receiving reservations made online or by phone.

Verifying guest,payment methods during check in.

Assigning rooms to guest and informingthem any specials offer orpromotions.

Providing guestwith information about the hotel and local attractions.

Serving as a host at conferences and events held at the hotel.

Maintaining positive guest relations at all times.

Communicating with housekeeping,maintenance ,and other staff to ensure guests needsare met.

Communicating with staff on previous shift to manage guests arrivals and reservations.

Doing laundry when necessary.

Requirements:

High School qualification or equivalent.

Previous Hospitality experience would be advantageous.
