We are seeking a professional and dependable Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, tech-savvy, and proactive in supporting the daily operations of our office. This role is vital to maintaining an efficient and welcoming workplace, handling key responsibilities with confidence and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, providing a warm and welcoming environment and ensuring inquiries are handled promptly and professionally
- Manage inventory and order office supplies, snacks, and other essentials, ensuring the office is well-supplied
- Act as the primary point of contact for office vendors, coordinating services and supplies to ensure seamless office operations
- Assist with planning and executing office events, including setup, coordination, and logistics support
- Use software and technology efficiently for tasks such as scheduling, inventory tracking, and basic troubleshooting
- Support general office operations, managing administrative tasks and ensuring the office runs smoothly and efficiently
