PT Specialists of Beverly Hills, a Prestigious Orthopedic physical therapy group, is seeking a Front Desk Coordinator/Billing Collector to join our amazing team at our office in Beverly Hills!

Schedule:

• Full Time
• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Work Location: In Office 

• Beverly Hills, CA 90211

Pay Rate: ~$20-$25 /Hour

MUST HAVE:

2 Year-Experience with Scheduling, Verifications, and Pre-authorizations in a medical office.

Physical Therapy billing experience is a plus!   

Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills,  Proficient computer skills,  

Must be a team player and be able to multitask. 

• 2 Year-Experience in Medical Office and Medical Billing/Collecting
• Physical Therapy billing experience is a plus!
• High School Diploma
• Strong communication, problem solving, and analytical skills required
• Creative, self-disciplined and capable of identifying and completing critical tasks independently and with a sense of urgency
• Exceptional mathematics skills needed to make sound payment arrangements or calculate settlement estimates
• Capable of prioritizing and managing multiple responsibilities
• Ability to adapt to an ever-changing, fast-paced environment
•  Organized and thorough in all account records and data entry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
