Job Summary
The Front Desk/Customer Relations Admin is the first point of contact at Alsco. This position provides exceptional service by conducting customer calls, directing window traffic, answering phones and providing assistance to the HR department. The Front Desk/Customer Relations Admin will direct the customer to the appropriate department or location. This position is located in Anchorage, AK and reports to the Office Manager.
Compensation: $17.50-$20 per hour DOE

Essential Functions:
· Greet all guests and employees on entrance to the facility.
· Answer the phones and direct window traffic to correct department.
· Work with branch employees to troubleshoot concerns.
· Cross-Training for the Customer Relation Coordinator.
· Follow-up with customers to ensure their concerns have been resolved.
· Assist the Accounting Department with special projects as needed.
· Assist the Service Department with special projects as needed.
Additional Functions:
· General support to the HR Manager; assist with orientation for new hires, in charge of monthly birthday and anniversary cards, scanning employee documents and assist the HR Department with other duties as needed.
· Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
· Exceptional telephone skills demonstrating excellence in professionalism, patience, and listening.
· Exceptional internal and external customer service and relationship building skills.
· Be a team player while still working independently and under minimal supervision.
· Effective time management and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
· Computer skills including keyboarding, 10-key, and MS Office.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Education:
· High school diploma or equivalent.
· 1-2 years of reception or customer service experience preferred.
Typical Environmental Conditions:
· Indoor office environment.

· No travel required.
