Petlover Central is looking for an amazing Guest Relations Front Desk SUPERSTAR to join our team.

ABOUT THE JOB WE DO
As a Guest Relations Superstar you are the first impression of Petlover Central. You’ll be formulating relationships with our clients and dog guests, and you are key to making sure that each pet gets everything they need to ensure our guests have a great stay while their owners are away.
As the Guest Relations Superstar with our dog guests, you are responsible for:
- Making reservations for our guests, suggesting options and upgrades to make the dog’s stay enjoyable and comforting.
- Managing client relations and reporting through our software system
- Making sure every guest is comfortable, happy and receiving all of the services that an owner requests.
- Checking in/out guests when they arrive for their boarding/daycare/grooming reservations: this includes payment processing, account information verification, and database management
- Communicating clearly with the onsite General Manager and Regional Leadership team.
- Making sure every guest goes home clean, happy and that we exceeded the owners’ expectation.
The facility is staffed 365 days a year and is exceptionally busy during summer and major holidays. All staff MUST be able to work all shifts including weekends and holidays. Working hours vary between 5:30am and 8pm. Guest Relations will report to the General Manager of Petlover Central.

REQUIRED:
- Experience is not necessary; however a genuine love for animals is a must, as is a positive attitude and outstanding character.
- Outstanding, shining, warm and welcoming personality is an absolute must!
- Must be able to handle dogs of all sizes without being afraid of them and without allowing them to control you, but also without the use of fear or intimidation.

COMPENSATION
Pay range starts at $15/hr depending on your previous work experience and the guest experience you can provide to our clients. If you are just looking for a job, you won’t like it here. But, if you know without a doubt that you are a fit, let’s talk.
