Front Desk & Food and Beverage - Horizon Outdoor Hospitality

Rockwood Marina & RV Resort, located on the picturesque Watts Bar Lake, is a brand-new Marina and RV Resort looking to build and expand our team for the 2024 season! We are looking for a friendly and team-oriented Front Desk Clerk & a Food & Bev candidate to join our team this season! Positions can be either FT or PT. As a proud provider of outdoor recreational activities and camping opportunities, we strive to ensure that our guests have the best possible experience. As a team member of Rockwood Marina & RV Resort, you will play a crucial role in achieving this goal. Requirements

Front Desk Clerk

• Excellent customer service with every guest interaction
• General computer skills required
• Reservation program experience preferred, but not required

Food & Bev

• Excellent customer service with every guest interaction
• Ability to operate food counter and serve soft drinks and meals to guests
