Responsibilities:
- Open and close the facility according to scheduled hours
- Provide a warm and welcoming experience for all guests
- Answer phones, manage emails, and handle inquiries efficiently
- Maintain accurate records of daily transactions and attendance
- Monitor security, ensuring the premises are secure before and after shifts
- Assist with scheduling, customer check-ins, and managing memberships
- Address customer needs and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a front desk, receptionist, or customer service role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and able to take on keyholder responsibilities
- Basic computer skills (familiarity with MS Office, booking software, etc.)
- Must be available for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts as needed

The pay range for this role is:
40,000 - 42,500 USD per year(US)
