We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Front Desk Office Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting our agents and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
As our Front Desk Office Assistant, you will be instrumental in creating a positive experience for both our team and our clients.
Your role will involve:
Welcoming Presence: Greet clients, colleagues, and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor, making everyone feel valued and appreciated.
Team Support: Collaborate closely with your team members, offering assistance and encouragement to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow. Help follow procedures and ensure we meet deadlines.
Customer Care: Address client inquiries and concerns with patience and a solutions-oriented approach.
Positive Atmosphere: Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment through your cheerful and supportive attitude.
Salary Range: $24.00 per hour

Responsibilities
As our Front Desk Office Assistant, you will engage in a range of responsibilities:
- Managing the front desk and serve as a friendly point of contact for clients and colleagues, providing exceptional service and support.
- Be the first friendly voice on the phone each time while gathering correct information to pass onto a producer, process payments, send emails, pull and distribute reports, correspond with lenders for proof of insurance requests, as well as anything else that may come up to ensure smooth operations.
- Foster strong relationships within the team by promoting open communication and mutual respect.
- Handle any challenges or issues with a constructive and empathetic approach.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in an administrative or office assistant role is preferred
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to take direction from multiple people
- Reliable and able to be on time, everyday.
