A large national orthopedic group, one of the fastest-growing practices in the country with over 800 locations, is seeking a Medical Receptionist to join their clinic in Marlton, NJ.

Job Description:

The Medical Receptionist will handle front desk duties including checking patients in and out, answering phones, scheduling appointments, and verifying insurance and benefits information.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and check patients in and out
• Answer phones and assist with patient inquiries
• Schedule patient appointments
• Verify insurance and benefits information
• Assist with referrals and general patient care tasks

Qualifications:

• Outgoing, bubbly personality with a focus on patient care
• Experience in patient check-in, insurance verification, and handling referrals
• NextGen software experience is a plus, but not required

Additional Details:

• Fully On-Site position
• Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
