Front Desk Receptionist - Bilingual - Speaks Law Firm

Speaks Law Firm is headquartered in Wilmington, NC and has a team of attorneys and legal support in Charlotte. We are seeking a Bilingual Front Desk Receptionist to help take our team to the next level! This position will report to our Charlotte office and the hours are Mon-Fri 8:30-5:30. 

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Welcome clients and visitors upon arrival at reception.
• Answer all incoming calls in a professional manner, assist callers with information, and forward calls to the appropriate contact.
• Ensure accurate and detailed messages are forwarded in a timely fashion to the appropriate contact.
• Schedule and confirm appointments.
• Maintain office calendars for availability.
• Direct the flow of mail, faxes, and deliveries to reach the intended recipients with a sense of urgency.
• Maintain a neat, tidy, and orderly front desk and lobby area.
• Assist with copying, scanning, faxing, emailing, or note-taking as needed.
• Coordinate between other staff and clients for tasks like notary.
• Coordinate with clients to ensure proper execution of all checks and releases.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks for execution in a timely fashion.

Desired Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Two years of customer service or reception experience preferred
• Associate's degree or higher preferred
• A strong passion for customer services required
• Bilingual in Spanish required
• Law Firm experience preferable
• Notary Public required or willingness to obtain within first six months

Compensation:

$15 - $18 hourly depending on qualifications and experience
