Front Desk Receptionist FT - United Surgical Partners International

Mountain View Surgery Center of Glendaleis seeking a Full Time Receptionist to join the team!

Job Summary:

TheReceptionist interfaces with patients and families, physicians, vendors and staff; Admit patients and process their paperwork; Update patient demographics/information in system; Collectbalances due and document in the billing system; Handle funds per office procedure. Answer incoming phone calls. Assist with chart prep and other business office duties necessary.Coordinating with office on scheduling for procedures and anesthesia coverage. May be asked to float to other locations for staff coverage.MUST be reliable, dedicated, personable, professional and have a strong attention to detail.

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• One year previous experience or some health careclerical experience or medical terminology preferred.
• Must have the skills necessary to operate office equipment that are required to fulfill job duties.
• Medical terminology and computer experience beneficial.
• Good communication skills.
