About the Job
We are seeking a part-time receptionist to work in our fast paced podiatric clinic.
As a receptionist, you will be one of the first point of contact for our office. You will welcome guests and greet people who visit the business. You will also coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls. Receptionist’s duties and responsibilities are to ensure the front desk welcomes guests positively and executes all administrative tasks to the highest quality standards and perform other duties as assigned. This position will require travel to our surrounding clinics in the Cincinnati area as needed.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and communication skills, multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Computer skills
- Able to work effectively with team members
- Work experience as a Receptionist is a plus
- EMR experience is a plus
- Insurance knowledge is a plus
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Excellent organizational skills
- Great customer service attitude
- High school degree
