Front Desk Receptionist - Arrow Staffing

 As the front desk Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for:

• Managing incoming calls and greets all incoming traffic with a warm welcome

• Takes charge of preparing payroll by obtaining and auditing timecards for the payroll department

• Guides applicants through application and onboarding process

• Makes initial contact with new candidates

• Supports their team in coordinating interviews

• Takes pride in the front office by maintaining it tidy and welcoming for all visitors

• Ensures the office has the supplies needed to accomplish everyday tasks

• Supports management team and sales team with special projects as assigned

• Additional task and duties as assigned.

• Reports to the Recruiting Manager

What Do You Need to Succeed in this Role?

• Excellent verbal and written communication: this role requires regular communication with clients and candidates in person, via phone, and in email correspondence.

• Strong follow up ability:  The ability to proactively track and manage tasks from start to finish.

• Multitasking and Time Management: Ability to prioritize and handle multiple duties simultaneously is crucial.

• Proficient in MS Office – Word and Outlook

• Proficient with technology – Computer, printer, etc.

• 1 year of recent experience as an administrative experience or related role.

• Bilingual- English and Spanish is preferred
