- Act as the initial point of contact for all patients (Phone & In-person)
- Triage calls, schedule appointments, and provide information about the programs/services
- Coordinate payment methods with the BIlling and Benefits departments
- Coordinate the completion of weekly billing requirement for the Program
- Insurance verification experience a huge plus
- Posting payments a huge plus
- High School Diploma
- College degree preferred
- 1+ years Customer service/Receptionist
- 1+ Years in Health Care industry
- Preferred in Chemical Dependency Outpatient setting
- Bilingual Spanish preferred
- Understanding of Microsoft Office
- Strong communication skills
