About the Job
- Providing the highest level of customer service.
- Greet patients and visitors in a welcoming and professional manner.
- Schedule patient appointments.
- Update and maintain patient information in our EMR system.
- Collect copays and other payments.
- Explaining insurance benefits.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Answer patient questions and provide guidance.
- Process patient intake forms.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Two or more years of experience working in customer service.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A great eye for detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of patient records.
