Are you a communication maestro? We want YOU! Whizz is on the lookout for a Front Desk Receptionist to join our vibrant and expanding team. Your mission, should you choose to accept it: consult with clients to help them choose the perfect bicycle model, maintain seamless document flow on rental and sales transactions, and be the friendly voice helping customers out. But that's not all—you'll be the hero communicating effectively with clients in person, over the phone, and by email to keep things running smoothly. What You'll Do:

• Assist clients in selecting the bicycle model based on their needs and preferences.
• Maintain document flow related to rental or sales transactions.
• Communicate effectively with clients in person, by phone and by mail.
• Always maintain a positive and welcoming environment in the customer area.
• Perform other tasks that might be assigned.

• Competitive Salary: $16 - $20 per hour

Requirements

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to find an approach to different types of personalities.
• Ability to work with Microsoft Office and Google Sheets.
• Ability to multitask
