Job Description
The Front Desk Receptionist provides assistance with administrative responsibilities such as managing the front desk, performing basic clerical support tasks, as well as other tasks to be performed as needed.
Responsibilities
+ Manages the front desk; answers phone calls, takes messages, organizes incoming/outgoing mail
+ Greets quests and visitors with a positive and professional image
+ Scanning, printing & other miscellaneous office duties
+ Office and Kitchen supply inventory
+ Coordinates logistics for meetings, including room setup and catering
+ Keeps front desk, conference rooms, kitchen and other common areas clean
+ Support with event planning and coordination
+ Logistics expediting support as needed
+ Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
+ Must have a High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
+ Time management, multitasking, and flexibility
+ Working knowledge of MS Office and standard office equipment
+ Ability to work well independently and in collaboration with others
+ Good written and verbal communication skills
Working Conditions and Physical Requirements
Weather: Indoors: environmentally controlled; requires most or all work to be done inside.
Noise level: Moderate to Loud.
Description of environment: Environment will vary based on the facility assigned to.
Physical requirements: Employee is required to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs. Frequently to constantly required to sit, stand, walk, use hands/fingers to handle or feel, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, talk/hear, see, taste/smell, and carry weight/lift.
