Job DescriptionSkyborne Opportunity
We are looking for skilled and talented Customer Support who is responsible for ensuring our customers have a first-class experience during their time with Skyborne. This integral, position is the primary contact point for all Skyborne customers on site at our Vero Beach training facility.

- Day to day responsibility for dealing with front of office, duties such as switch board operation and greeting customers and walk-ins.
- Offering professional, first line support to Cadets, customers in relation to accommodation, uniform and general welfare.
- Developing key relationships both internally and externally to ensure customer expectations are met and exceeded.
- Responsible for stock control of consumables such as brochure materials and supplies.
- Offer administrative support to operational teams as required.
- Additional duties may be required for support of the administration department.
Professional requirements are as follows:
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, to deal effectively with internal and external contacts, across all levels.
- Experience in a customer service/customer facing role.
- Ability to concentrate and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Readily accepts changes and adjusts accordingly.
- Experience in an administrative role.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to interact with various levels of management in a professional manner.
- High school degree/GED and/or some College degree from a two (2) year college or technical school preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience; equivalency years’ experience must be in a related field
SOFTWARE/SKILLS REQUIREMENTS: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required:
- General knowledge of the following software: Microsoft Office Programs and other software programs may be required, as needed.
- Type/keyboard 40+ wpm (computer user with minimum typing/keyboarding skills), preferred.
Contingent to employment, all candidates must pass a drug screening and background check, along with TSA badging-if required for your role.

Benefits
- Full Time, Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm.
- Salary range $15-18 per hour. (DOE)
- Health Insurance. (medical, dental and vision)
- 401k Investment.
- PTO - 18 days, plus 5-Sick Days.
- Holidays - 9 days.
