This person is typically the first point of contact that we count on to begin the process of providing each patient with a seamless, satisfying, and positive experience.

This person is typically the first point of contact that we count on to begin the process of providing each patient with a seamless, satisfying, and positive experience.
This position rotates between Check-in and Check-out at outlying locations and coordinates and schedules all patients referred to our office.
Responsibilities:
- Greeting and registering patients.
- Obtaining, reviewing, and/or updating demographics, insurance, and other required forms.
- Scanning forms into patient charts.
- Collection and posting of co-payments and patient balances.
- Day end reconciliation.
- Answering and directing calls.
- Electronic insurance verification.
- Scheduling appointments.
Requirements:
