Front Desk Representative - Afternoons/evenings - YMCA of Central Stark County

In search of:

Part-time membership staff to greet members and guests to the YMCA and SECC and assist them with their needs. Promote programs and membership opportunities.

Hours:

• Flexible, varies on building needs
• Building's open Monday'Saturday
• Can work at either building or both

Qualifications:

• Strong computer skills
• Ability to multitask
• Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills
• Previous customer service, sales or related experience required
• Fun, friendly, flexible individual
• Willing to work as a team player

Responsibilities:

• Responds to member and guest needs contributing to member retention
• Promotes memberships and programs
• Builds relationships with members; helps members connect with one another and the YMCA & SECC
• Follow YMCA & SECC policies and procedures
