Front Desk Representative - Jancare Private Health Services

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Receptionist in Hopewell Junction, NY. The ideal candidate will support the office by managing the front desk and assisting with events. This role requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and a high level of attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

· Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner

· Welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner, and answer any visitor questions

· Maintain the reception and common areas

· Operate standard office equipment, such as a fax, a copy machine, and a computer

· Receive deliveries; sort and distribute incoming mail

· Take inventory of supplies and restock as necessary

· Organize and schedule appointments; plan meetings, and take minutes

· Perform administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing

· Assist with events and conferences as needed

Qualifications:

· Previous experience in a healthcare setting

· High school diploma or equivalent

· Team Player

· Functions well in a busy environment

· Strong organizational skills

· Effective verbal and written communication skills

· Attention to detail

· Computer literate

· Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively

· Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
