Ice Speak Social is seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Representative to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, the ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a positive attitude. In this role, you will greet and assist visitors, answer inquiries, and provide information to guests and employees.
Responsibilities
- Greeting visitors and directing them appropriately.
- Managing phone calls and forwarding them to the relevant departments.
- Handling mail and deliveries.
- Maintaining a clean and organized front desk area.
- Assisting with administrative tasks as needed.
