Job Summary:
We are seeking an Assistant Front Desk Manager / Night MOD to oversee the daily operations of our front desk area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of front desk agents, ensuring exceptional customer service, handling guest inquiries and issues, and coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certification in hospitality is a plus
- Proven experience in a front desk or customer service role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in computer systems and office software
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train front desk staff on policies, procedures, and customer service standards
- Monitor the performance of front desk agents and provide feedback for improvement
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs, reservations, and guest inquiries
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest needs are met
- Resolve guest issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
- Assist in scheduling and payroll tasks as needed
