Client is seeking a highly professional individual to provide exceptional customer service within a legal environment. The role involves front desk responsibilities, supporting legal staff, and performing light clerical duties.
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and employees, ensuring a welcoming experience.
- Schedule and prepare meeting rooms with necessary supplies.
- Answer and direct phone calls, ensuring professional communication.
- Assist with clerical duties including document preparation, filing, and calendar management.
- Provide light housekeeping and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Serve as a concierge, assisting guests with local amenities.
- Manage visitor security procedures and monitor attorney/staff locations.
- Perform hospitality tasks such as preparing coffee and coordinating food orders.
- Assist with supply ordering and organization.
- Handle reception duties, including managing logs, emails, and package deliveries.
Requirements:
- High school diploma required; Associate or Bachelor s degree preferred.
- 2 years of related business experience, preferably in a law firm or legal environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong customer service, multitasking, and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with assistance for heavier items.
- Front desk or hotel/concierge experience preferred.
