Front Desk Concierge
Position Title: Concierge
Department: Operations
Reports to: Studio Manager
Compensation: $15/HR
SCOPE OF POSITION
As part of the Operations Team, the primary goal of the Front Desk Concierge is to provide a welcoming and exceptional environment for all members and guests at HYLO Fitness. This role is crucial in selling studio memberships, growing the HYLO community, and ensuring member retention by delivering superior customer service. The Concierge is responsible for building a community and culture of excellence, integrity, and core values.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
Create a welcoming atmosphere for everyone entering the studio. Handle inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly and professionally to ensure member satisfaction. Checking members into class, welcoming new members and introducing them to our instructors.
Membership Sales:
Sell studio and open gym memberships by educating new members about studio policies, perks, and amenities. Conduct studio tours to showcase the facilities and benefits.
Scheduling and Follow-up:
Schedule classes for new leads and follow up with potential members through studio resources, assisting in lead conversion efforts.
Studio Operations:
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of public areas such as the lobby, retail space, locker rooms, and parking lots throughout assigned shifts. Ensure the studio is always welcoming with lavender towels, appropriate lighting, and a well-maintained lobby.
Social Media Assistance:
Support the management of social media content and engagement under the direction of the Studio Manager.
Compensation Structure:
The Front Desk Concierge"s compensation at HYLO Fitness is based on an hourly wage, with opportunities for bonuses tied to performance metrics related to member satisfaction and sales support.
HYLO Bonus Structure:
Front Desk Concierge workers will be eligible for quarterly bonuses based on their performance metrics. The bonus structure includes:
- 2% on individual performance based on member satisfaction and administrative efficiency.
- 3% on team performance based on overall studio success in membership growth and retention.
Corporate Wellness Program:
For every business that enrolls in our Corporate Wellness Program, each employee involved in securing the deal will receive a $100 bonus. To qualify for this incentive, a minimum of three employees or students must participate in the program.
