Senior Software Engineer Accessibility
Fidelity Investments has an exciting Senior Accessibility Engineer opportunity in our Wealth unit.
As a Senior Engineer you will be applying your expertise to analyze accessibility defects and promote accessible solutions.
This is opportunity is based out of Westlake, TX
The Expertise We’re Looking For
- 5+ years or equivalent consisting of
- Accessibility Testing
- Web or Mobile Software Development
- Quality Engineering
- International Association of Accessibility Professionals (IAAP) Certification or equivalent on the job experience
- Proven experience conducting experience evaluations or audits for accessibility
- Solid Understanding of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG)
- Working knowledge of Axe semi-automated tools or equivalents
- Familiarity with test automation tools (Cucumber, Selenium, Cypress)
- Experience working with agile teams
- Expert HTML Fundamentals including ARIA, accessible names, and semantic HTML techniques.
