Front end Web developer (React & .Net) - Aloden LLC

Location: Charlotte, North Carolina (Hybrid)

Must-Have Skills:

• Client-Side Scripting: Strong proficiency in JavaScript, jQuery, and React.
• .NET Experience: 7+ years of web development experience, including programming/development in Microsoft ASP.NET.
• Dynamics CRM & SQL Server: 2+ years of experience working with large-scale, multi-tenancy Dynamics CRM environments and SQL Server.

Desired Skills:

• Backend Development: ASP.NET server development experience
• Database: MS SQL Server
• DevOps Tools: Experience with one or more of the following: TFS (Team Foundation Server), GIT, Sonar, Blackduck
• Cloud: Azure Cloud experience
• API: Experience with REST services
• Industry: Financial Services experience
• Microsoft Technologies: FluentUI and PowerApp Control Framework (PCF), Power Automate
• Communication: Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive and user-friendly web applications using React and .NET technologies.
• Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate with APIs and data sources.
• Write clean, efficient, and reusable code.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve front-end application issues.
• Work in an Agile environment, participating in sprints, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and tools.
