The primary goal of the Front of House Manager is to run the shift efficiently and accurately to ensure that we provide quality service and hospitality to our guests. The Front of House Manager is responsible for leading team members to help provide quick, friendly, and accurate service to guests.
This role is offered as a full time position. You must have an open availability. This means the ability to work any shift including nights, weekends and holidays. Must be able to close on Friday and Saturdays. Must be available for Holidays.

Qualifications Include:
- High School diploma or GED required
- 1-3 years leadership or management experience
- Experience in restaurant operations is preferred, but not required. Prior Chick-Fil-A experience is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word

- Have the ability to stand for at least 8 hours
- Valid Driver’s License
- Reliable transportations to meet opening and closing shifts as needed
- Available to work at least 40 hours a week
- Be available to work on weekends and holidays
