At Chick-fil-A Lewis Center, the Front of House Manager in Training engages with guests; responds to customer service needs, provides training and coaching, manages scheduling, evaluates staff performance, and ensures company policies and procedures are upheld. This position will work closely with both management and staff and will ensure a seamless guest experience. ***This role is eligible for a pay increase following completion of the training program and evaluation by the Owner/Operator.
Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day front of house shift operations
- Ensure excellent customer service standards are met and resolve customer issues
- Train and mentor team members
- Create team member lineup, manage breaks, and assist in inventory management
- Demonstrate responsible money management
- Strictly adhere to all company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Must have availability for open (6am-2pm) or close (2pm-11pm) shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Must have a high school degree or equivalent and be at least 18 years old
- Must have previous experience serving in a leadership role, preferably in a restaurant environment
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to lift 50+ lbs. and work on your feet for long periods of time
- Must have access to reliable transportation
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Must have strong communication and leadership skills
