Opportunity:
We are looking for a Front of House Manager to join our team at Chick-fil-A Tom Austin Hwy. The right candidate for this role will be passionate about providing guests an outstanding experience as well as developing and supporting team members. We are looking for smart, self-starting, kind, and energetic people to join our team. As one of our Managers, you will have the opportunity to work directly with the restaurant Owner/Operator, an amazing leadership team, and to grow personally and professionally with a truly wonderful group of peers.
Responsibilities Include:
- Deliver a remarkable dining experience for all guests
- Coach Team Leader and Team Member behaviors
- Hustle that creates a surprisingly fast Speed of Service
- Execution of systems that ensure a refreshingly clean environment
- Maintains work environment that ensures and promotes food safety
- Vigilant attention to the organization and appearance of the Front of House
- Cash management best practices
- Inventory management
- Exceed Chick-fil-A quality requirements
- Coaches, evaluates, and holds accountable Front of House Team Members
- Create a team line up and execute a plan to ensure aces are in their places
- Develop a restaurant culture of growth minded team members and leaders. A culture of product knowledge, stewardship, excitement and generosity. Incorporate this into training, ongoing development, communications and everyday culture.
- Maintain vision alignment with the leadership team
- Ensure stewardship systems are taking place throughout the restaurant
- Develop leaders in such a way that they are operating as a motivated, high performance team that embodies the vision of the business.
- Oversee speed of service and completion of goals.
- Create, lead and implement systems that will be the standard for all front counter & Drive Thru innovation and high performance teams throughout the restaurant.
- Be intentional in performing daily goal-setting and performance feedback to all Team Members and Leaders on all Chick-fil-A processes and procedures.

Background and Skills:
- 2 years of leadership experience
- Minimum of 1 year experience in hospitality
- Chick-fil-A experience preferred!
- Passionate about building relationships with guests through serving them
- Fun, outgoing, energetic personality
- Ability and eagerness to mentor younger workers and to have a positive impact on their professional development
- Detailed, organized and process-oriented
Pay
$17.00 - $22.00 an hour
