- Schedule: Full-time position requiring availability on weekends (10-hour shifts, totaling 50 hours per week).
- Location: You will be based at one of our three beautiful locations in the Los Angeles area: Culver City, El Segundo, or Pacific Palisades.
In this important food service position, you start your day by welcoming guests with a smile and ensuring they feel right at home. As the Front-of-House Restaurant Manager, your day is a blend of energy and responsibility. You expertly juggle customer service, handle essential administrative tasks, and lead by example as you train and inspire your front-of-house team. From managing operations to ensuring every guest leaves delighted, you are the heart of our cafe, making every shift a memorable one for both staff and customers alike.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in a management role in a restaurant
- Customer service experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Highly organized
- Technologically savvy (good with Excel, Word, and POS systems)
