Front of House Team Member (Guest Facing) - Chick-fil-A

EXPECTED START DATE: FIRST WEEK OF DECEMBER

At Chick-fil-A Gateway Center, the Team Member role is more than just a job; it's an opportunity. In addition to working directly for an independent Owner/Operator, Team Members gain life experience that goes far beyond serving a great product in a friendly environment. Team Members are responsible for providing an exceptional dining experience for everyone they serve each day and for ensuring all guests receive signature Chick-fil-A service and food.

Position Type:

• Full-time and Part-time

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the restaurant's guests are served with genuine hospitality
• Duties include, but not limited to: Taking orders, bagging orders, delivering orders within the restaurant, making drinks, making milkshakes, and keeping the front of house neat and clean
• Smile and Speak Enthusiastically
• Create and Maintain Eye Contact
• Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the Restaurant
• Multitask quickly, yet thoroughly
• Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic
• Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members
• Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the Restaurant
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
• Other duties as assigned 

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Physical stamina to stand for several hours at a time, perform repetitive tasks, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Consistent, reliable, with ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting, and maintain composure under pressure.
• Dedication to cleanliness, proper food handling, food safety procedures, and sanitation practices.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with other team members.
• Cheerful and positive attitude
• Loves serving and helping others
• Customer service oriented
• Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule
