Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:
- Smile
- Create and Maintain Eye Contact
- Speak Enthusiastically
- Make Emotional Connections with Guests
- Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the Restaurant
- Multitask quickly, yet thoroughly
- Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic
- Work on their feet for several hours at a time
- Be able to work outside in the weather for periods of time
- Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members
- Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Must be able to stand up to 8 hours
- Must be able to use fine motor skills
- Must be able to work in all weather conditions typical of Florida environment (heat, rain, wind, etc)
- Must be able to lift at most 50 pounds
- Must be able to read and understand policies and procedures in English
- Must be able to stoop, bend, turn, and twist
- Must be able to walk up to 2 miles (this is for outside expo)
- Must be able to work outside up to 5 hours a day in rotating shifts
- Must be able to move quickly
- Must be able to communicate verbally with customers and project their voice/enunciate as to be heard and understood
- Must be able to work in a team environment
- Must be available to work on Saturdays (lunch or dinner daypart)
