Summary

Receive guests orders and process payment. Front Of House Team Member must seat guests and bring food to the table while providing a WOW experience for guests

Principal Activities & Responsibilities

• Smile as they greet guests in the lobby
• Communicate with the floor manager
• Explaining the ordering system to all guests
• Learn POS system and 3rd party tablets

Job Requirements

• Must be the minimum age of 16
• Ability to memorize and learn our menu
• Ability to work with other Team Members

Working Conditions & Environment

• Is required to work all shifts, weekends and holidays (except Christmas & Thanksgiving)

Mandatory Requirements

• Must obtain MAST and food workers permit
• Must have employment eligibility in the U.S.
