Job Title: Financial Administrative Assistant
Job Summary: This position is responsible for providing financial, administrative, and clerical services, including data entry and shipment processing.
Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry for shipment dates and details.
- Generate Commercial Invoices and file SED documentation.
- Troubleshoot issues related to sales folders.
- Track and manage accessorial charges.
- Assist in maintaining accurate financial records.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in finance or administration preferred.
- Proficient in data entry and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
