Requirements and Responsibilities of the Dental Guest Services Specialist:
- 3+ years of dental front office experience (periodontal experience is a plus!).
- Ability to reliably commute to our practice.
- Ability to type letters quickly and professionally.
- Greeting patients in a friendly manner.
- Scheduling appointments.
- Sending insurance claims.
- Faxing, filing, organizing.
- Answering and responding to phone calls and emails.
- Present treatment plans and create financial arrangements.
- Collecting payments and deposits.
- Generate End of Day and End of Month reports.
Schedule for the Dental Guest Services Specialist:
- Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 7:45AM - 5:00PM.
- Tuesday & Thursday: 9:00AM - 4:00PM.
