Front Office Assistant - Private Dental Office

Our private dental office seeks a positive and energetic Front Office Assistant to join our patient-focused team! Responsibilities

• Welcome and check in patients with a positive approach 
• Provide patients with clear explanations of their treatment plans and billing
• Create an efficient schedule for doctors and hygienists.
• Support fellow team members by fulfilling patient care responsibilities 
• Look over and respond to voicemails and emails left for the office
• Direct any patient billing or financial inquiries to the correct department 
• Assist with any other office needs as requested

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of prior dental front office experience
• Knowledge of Eaglesoft software
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
