Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer incoming phone calls, direct calls to the appropriate departments, and take messages as necessary.
- Manage office supplies and ensure the front desk area is organized and well-maintained.
- Assist with scheduling meetings and appointments for staff and executives.
- Perform data entry and maintain filing systems for documents and records.
- Provide administrative support to different departments as needed.
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in office administration or as a receptionist is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail.

$850 - $1100 per week
