Qualifications

• Prior dental front office or customer service experience is a must
• Knowledge of Medicaid/PPO insurance plans
• Familiar with dental terminology
• Experience with insurance verification, treatment planning, and prior authorizations
• Phone etiquette
• Bilingual in Spanish is preferred
• Open Dental software experience is a plus
