Responsibilities and Duties - Front Office Assistant

•Ensure that all patients are treated with professionalism, courtesy, and compassion.

•Check-in/outpatients.

•Answer phones, verify insurance, perform referrals, manage patient appointments and other administrative duties.

•Assist Physicians and Medical Assistance.

•Ensure compliance with HIPAA.

Qualifications and Requirements

•Electronic Medical Records (EMR) Experience - (ECW Clinicals Works): 1 year (Preferred)

•Required language: English & Spanish.

•Impeccable appearance.

•Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills

•Availability to work Monday through Friday between 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
