Schedule for the Front Office Associate:

• Monday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

• Tuesday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

• Wednesday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

• Thursday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

• Friday 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

• Saturday: Varies depending on the schedule

• Sunday: OFF

Responsibilities of the Front Office Associate:

• 1 year of Front Office Admin experience required

• Greet and check in patients with a friendly and professional demeanor.

• Answer and manage incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner.

• Maintain a clean and organized front office area.

• Handle patient scheduling efficiently, optimizing appointment slots to ensure smooth patient flow and maximize production.

• Communicate with patients to confirm appointments, manage cancellations, and reschedule as necessary to minimize gaps in the schedule.

• Develop and manage social media content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.), focusing on patient engagement and brand building.

• Track and analyze referral patterns and patient interests.

• Create marketing collateral such as social media posts, fliers, and brochures.
