We are seeking a Front Office Coordinator with a passion for great customer service, to round out our fabulous team!
Candidates must:

Schedule: We are looking for a full-time employee working 32-36 hours a week. You will be thrilled to know that we work 4 days per week, and NO WEEKENDS!
Responsibilities:
Our Front Office Coordinator should (but not limited to):
- Meet and greet patients with enthusiasm and kindness is our number one priority
- Demonstrate a clear understanding of dental verbiage, coding, and procedures
- Demonstrate understanding of insurance benefits and dental claim processing
- Manage patient documents and records
- Process and complete claim forms
- Engage and foster strong patient relationships through a positive experience
- Discuss treatment and financial arrangements with patients
- Schedule appointments and help develop productive schedules
- Demonstrate proper phone etiquette
- Participates and contributes to a positive work environment
- At least 1 year of experience working in a Front Office role or similar
- Knowledge of Dental operations
- Knowledge in dental insurance benefits
- Must possess a strong desire to meet performance standards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required
