Front Office Coordinator - Forest City Dental

The Dental Front Office Coordinator should:

• Create and maintain and environment where patients are comfortable and enjoy seeing us! 
• Develop productive schedules.
• Demonstrate understanding of insurance benefits.
• Manage patient documents and records.
• Process and complete claim forms.
• Engage and foster patients through a positive experience.
• Adhere to office dress code.
• Check patients out appropriately.

• At least 2 years of experience working as a Dental Front Office Coordinator or in a similar role
• Experience with Dentrix is a plus!
• Strong knowledge of Dental operations
• Strong technical expertise in dental insurance benefits
• Must possess a strong desire to meet performance standards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required
