Summary: Lead the hotel in delivering exceptional guest experiences by championing our 6 Xs Hotter Service Philosophy. Create a welcoming and caring service environment while overseeing overall guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Manage front office operations and guest services team.
- Ensure adherence to service standards and guest satisfaction metrics.
- Resolve guest complaints and enhance service delivery.
- Train and mentor staff on service excellence.
- Monitor and manage room inventory and reservations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in hotel management or guest services.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
- Knowledge of hotel management software.
- Customer-focused with a passion for service excellence.
