The individual selected for this position will support the Customer’s organization responsible for cyber activities, analysis and reporting. This includes providing Front Office Systems Integration (SI) and Project/Portfolio management support. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

• Be the focal point for responding to taskings/actions assigned to the Group in support of a special access program; track all incoming actions to closure; coordinate with Program Managers and Senior Leadership, as applicable, to ensure timely delivery of coordinated responses
• Work closely with Senior Leadership and other Groups to provide reporting, ensure requisite coordination, and monitor the associated workflow for high-visibility programs and activities
• Collaborate/coordinate with other organizations, as necessary, by providing background information and materials in support of mission-related activities and briefings
• Assist with meeting/briefing preparation; provide background and reference information and materials; facilitate meetings and capture minutes and follow-on actions, as required
• Develop and implement communication strategies to keep the Group informed
• Coordinate with Group Leadership and Division Leadership on communications materials and content
• Provide back-up support to other members of the SI team for other IT, mission and programmatic activities

• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office Tool suite and WordPress

• Must possess and be able to maintain TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph
• A degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a scientific or technical discipline
• BS 10-12, MS 8-10, PhD 5-7
• Ability to fully coordinate master project schedules
• Ability to coordinate information flow that occurs between all programs and organizational managers
• Ability to establish functional and technical specifications and standards, solve hardware and software interface problems, define input/output parameters, and ensure integration of the entire system or subsystem
• Provides a total systems perspective including a technical understanding of relationships, dependencies, and requirements of hardware and software components

Desired Qualifications:

• Ability to test and evaluate hardware and software to determine efficiency, reliability, and compatibility with existing systems

• Identifying measures or indicators of system performance and the actions needed to improve or correct performance, relative to the goals of the system

• Ability to work in a dynamic and challenging environment

• Ability to coordinate with engineers, systems analysts, programmers, technicians, scientist and top-level managers in the design, testing, and evaluation of systems
