What we do
Our company is taking on Frontier’s exciting, new campaigns to expand High-speed Fiber Internet service in 25 states. With a goal of 10 million locations by 2025, new service areas will connect residential and commercial business territories. While our B2B team travels to local Businesses within the community contacting leads provided, the D2D team has an opportunity to connect through Canvassing (Door-to-door), Events (Branded Booths/Tents) & Retail (In-store promos).
Our ideal candidate is someone who wants to work directly with customers, enjoys the outdoors and seeking an opportunity to capitalize on an uncapped commission/bonus structure! We train our full-time sales representatives to ensure you have the tools, resources and training you need to thrive. We are actively seeking highly motivated and ambitious Outside Sales Representatives to have the opportunity to become part of our team and represent Frontier Communications Inc..
Outside Sales Representative Responsibilities Involve:
- Meet virtually or in-person with your team for daily training.
- Conduct door to door Residential outside sales.
- Develop your pipeline from qualified leads through face-to-face presentations.
- Open communication and support with your team throughout each day.
- Track and manage your sales, follow-ups, and client information through our CRM daily.
Desired Qualifications:
- Motivated and driven sales closer with a desire to make $75k+ within your first year.
- Confident and savvy with current technology is a MUST.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Aspiration to grow within the company
- Previous success in direct sales is preferred, but not required.
- MUST HAVE a valid US Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- MUST BE authorized to work in the United States.
