Job Summary:
- As an FSQA Lead, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality within our manufacturing facility. You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, leading a team of QA technicians, and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.
Job Duties:
- Overseeing pre-operational inspections and quality control procedures.
- Conducting routine audits and inspections to ensure compliance with food safety standards.
- Leading and mentoring a team of QA technicians.
- Investigating and resolving food safety and quality issues.
- Maintaining accurate documentation and records.
- Ensuring adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a food manufacturing environment, preferably with a focus on quality assurance.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and standards, such as HACCP and GMP.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
