FT Admin Support - Premier Payroll Services Inc

We are seeking a talented individual to help support our payroll staff as a full-time employee of our team.

Admin Support Responsibilities:

• General Office Support
  • Open, sort and distribute mail
  • Help with shipping and receiving UPS, Courier and USPS packages
  • Order supplies
  • File and shred, as needed
  • Answer phones
  • Assist with coordinating activities for internal staff - office paid lunch every Tuesday
• Payroll Support (training will be provided)
  • Remit weekly retirement contributions for clients
  • Report weekly client new hire information to various states
  • Review weekly client child support payments
  • Email various documents to clients for signatures
  • Help with other projects as assigned

Admin Support Requirements:

• An associate's degree preferred
• Strong organization and follow up skills
• Ability to collaborate with fellow team members.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• In office position located in Royersford, PA

Compensation & Benefits:

• Compensation commensurate with experience: $18-$22/hr
