Schedule: Hybrid - Mon through Wed onsite,
Travel: 15% - domestic travel, visiting customer sites in Phoenix, California, Michigan, and Wisconsin

Responsibilities
- Support the development of fuel cell products for new business areas, focusing on heavy-duty (Class 8) trucks and other applications.
- Manage and coordinate project activities, including development schedules, product requirements, build timing, and overall program execution.
- Perform technical analysis to assess how fuel cell products can be integrated into various customer applications.
- Facilitate project execution by collaborating with other departments such as R&D, business development, and the North American Manufacturing Center.
- Assist engineering teams by applying project management processes to meet project goals and timelines.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
- Experience in technical project management.
- Expertise in collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of automotive components, systems, and vehicle packaging, with experience using CATIA V5.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as JIRA and Google Sheets.
- Self-starter with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Willingness to travel domestically as required.
Preferred Skills
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Management, or an MBA.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.
- Experience working in a multicultural environment.
